- This blog is an attempt to piece together the next year of my life, and will undoubtedly offer a glimpse into my travels and mind state as I exchange roles from a lifetime student to a newbie teacher. To make things even more interesting, I've decided to fly half-way around the world to China, entering one of the last remaining frontiers dividing the developing and developed world. Serendipitously I await the unknown, expecting only to be lost (and hopefully found) among a population of 1.4 billion people.
